Hong Kong: Shipping fee is paid by SF Express. Taiwan/Macau/Singapore: Shipping fee will be paid when receiving the goods. Free shipping for purchases of 4 items or more.

Goods are divided into spot (1-2 days) and order (7-21 days).

In-stock items: Will be shipped within 2 working days. If there are both ordered and in-stock items in the same order, unless otherwise specified, they will be shipped together after the goods are in stock.

Ordered goods: will be sent out within 7-21 working days after order confirmation. If there is a delay in shipment or delivery date due to Korean manufacturers, we will notify customers as soon as possible🙏🏼

We will collect the products purchased by customers and send them out at once.

If you want to send some of the goods that have arrived, you can contact us to send them separately first. The remaining goods will be sent after they arrive.

*Please note that if you order 3 or more pieces and want to send them separately within 21 working days after placing the order, we will only cover the shipping fee for the larger number of pieces.

All orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.

We do not offer exchanges unless the manufacturer is out of stock.

If a successfully ordered product is discontinued by the Korean factory and cannot be successfully shipped, we will fully refund the product, and the remaining products will be shipped as usual without refund.

Return and exchange terms

· Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, the style cannot be changed even if the goods have not yet been shipped.

· The goods will be shipped after inspection. Returns or exchanges due to size or style will not be accepted.

·The size is measured by hand. Please forgive me for the possible deviation of about 1-4cm.

1. If there is any defective product, please take a photo and write a letter to report it within 3 days of receipt. We will not accept it after 3 days. Please forgive me.

2. Replacement of defective products must keep the integrity of the product.

3. If there are any defects, the original product will be replaced, but the style will not be changed. It takes about 14 days to return defective goods.

Definition of non-commodity defects: product color difference, incorrect size, different than expected, excessive threads, difficult zippers, new product smell, and residual glue on shoes are not defective replacement standards.

Postage in Taiwan/Macau/Singapore is paid by SF Express, and the postage is included for orders over 4 pieces.

Customs duties for overseas customer orders must be paid by the customer.
