If there is a delay in the shipment or delivery date due to delay issues of Korean manufacturers, we will notify you as soon as possible🙏🏼

Q: How to check if the items are in-stock or not?

· In-stock Items would be specified as “in-stock”.

· All items would be pre-order items unless specified as “in-stock”.

In accordance with the announcement from The Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance of Taiwan, with immediate effect, all Taiwan individual imported express shipments require real-name authentication. If the consignee is an individual with household registration in Taiwan, the consignee shall download the “EZ WAY” real-name authentication APP (Android download/ iOS download) on mobile phone and perform the online authentication registration. Sender must correctly fill in the consignee’s full name in Chinese and the bounded mobile number.

 

Additionally, the waybill information to Taiwan must meet with the following specifications, otherwise shipment cannot be imported:

• If shipment origin is from Mainland China (including Hong Kong and Macau regions), the Chinese name of the consignee should be filled in correctly;
• The phone number of the consignee must be a valid Taiwan’s telephone number, e.g. 02-8765-4321 or 0912-345-678;
• The consignee's name must match with the ID card.
